During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, IBM faced a significant challenge with a drastic plunge in enrollments for its AI and Machine Learning courses.
At TetraNoodle Technologies, we employ a comprehensive AI employee framework consisting of three key elements: the Body, Mind, and Soul. This framework is designed to automate tasks, enhance decision-making, and foster a positive organizational culture.
We collected historical data about students' interests in IBM's AI and Machine Learning courses. This included conducting video interviews, analyzing enrollment data, and examining demographic information of the targeted students
We also reviewed data on IBM's past campaigns to understand their effectiveness and gather insights.
We analyzed trends in student behavior and correlated them with the political and economic situation, such as the Black Lives Matter movement and pandemic lockdowns. This included asking pointed questions, analyzing video transcripts, and examining body language and facial expressions to gauge real sentiment and motivations.
Our analysis revealed that students were not keen on learning esoteric topics during this period, preferring engaging and culturally rich experiences.
We focused on understanding the subconscious desires, hopes, and fears of the target audience. Rather than pushing courses that were not of interest, we created a culturally enriching and fun event.
We orchestrated an avant-garde online event headlined by Bollywood sensation Terrence Lewis, integrating art and technology. The event featured artists and IBM’s AI experts co-creating unique art forms, such as AI-assisted dance sequences and algorithm-generated poetry.
